Companies Act (Cap. 386), article 243
243. (1) If an application is made to the court by any creditor
or contributory complaining on the conduct of a liquidator of a
company the court shall inquire into the matter and take such a ction
thereon as it may think expedient.
(2) The Registrar may at any tim e require any liquidator of a
company which is being wound up by the court to answer any
inquiry in relation to any winding up in which he is engaged, a nd
the Registrar may, if he thinks fit, apply to the court to exam ine the
liquidator or any other person on oath concerning the winding u p.
(3) The Registrar may also dir ect an investigation to be made
of the accounts, accounting r ecords and documents of the
liquidator.
