261. The court, at any time before or after making a winding up order, on proof of probable cause for believing that a contribu tory is about to leave Malta or otherw ise to abscond or to remove or conceal any of his property for the purpose of evading payment of calls or of avoiding examination respecting the affairs of the company, may cause the contributory to be precluded from leavin g Malta and his accounting records, documents and movable propert y to be seized, and the court may further order the contributory’ s detention and the safekeeping of his accounting records, docume nts and movable property until such time as the court thinks fit.
