Companies Act (Cap. 386), article 267
267. (1) In case of a voluntary winding up, the company shall,
from the date of dissolution, cease to carry on its business ex cept so
far as may be required for the beneficial winding up thereof.
(2) Any transfer of shares, not being a transfer made with the
sanction in writing of the liquidator, and any alteration in th e status
of the members of the company, made after, or so as to have eff ect
after, the date of dissolution, shall be void.
