3. (1) References in any other law to the Ordinance shall be construed as a reference to this Act and references in any othe r law to a provision of the Ordinance shall be construed, insofar as applicable, as a reference to the corresponding provision of th is Act; and references in any other law to a partnership formed an d registered under the O rdinance shall be con strued as a referenc e, or as including a reference, to a commercial partnership formed an d registered under this Act. (2) The table of concordance set out in the Twelfth Schedule to this Act may be used, insofar as applicable, in determining the corresponding provis ions in accordance wi th sub-article (1).
