335. (1) The commercial partnership resulting from the conversion shall succeed to all the assets, rights, liabilities and obligations without the requirement of any formalities other th an those arising under this Part, and shall retain the same legal personality of the commercial partnership that has been converted; and the said succession shall be effective as regards third par ties. (2) Where the commercial partnership resulting from the conversion is a partnership en nom collectif or a partnership en commandite or limited partnership the unlimited liability of all the partners in the partnership en nom collectif and that of the general partners in the partnership en commandite or limited partnership, as the case may be, shall also extend to the obligations of the commercial partnership that has been converted.
