Companies Act (Cap. 386), article 350
350. The extraordinary resolu tions taken by each of the
amalgamating companies approving the amalgamation together
with the instruments giving eff ect thereto, or an authentic cop y
thereof, shall be delivered for registration to the Registrar, who,
being satisfied that the requirements of this Part have been
complied with, shall register them.
Rights of creditors
to oppose
amalgamation.
