Companies Act (Cap. 386), article 367
367. The extraordinary resolution approving the division
passed by the company to be di vided and the extraordinary
resolutions passed by the recipien t companies together with the
instruments giving effect to the division, or an authentic copy
thereof, shall be delivered for r egistration to the Registrar w ho,
being satisfied that the requirements of the preceding provisio ns of
this Part have been complied with, shall register them.
Rights of creditors
to oppose division.
