384. Articles 385 to 389 shall apply to all companies, commercial partnerships, as well as other legal organisations enjoying leg al personality which have characteristics similar to companies and commercial partnerships constituted or incorporated outside Mal ta (hereinafter in this Chapter and in Chapter III of this Part re ferred to as "oversea companies") which establ ish a branch or place of busin ess within Malta. Documents, etc., to be delivered by oversea companies carrying on business in Malta. Amended by: IV . 2003.147, 148.
