Companies Act (Cap. 386), article 56
56. (1) Unless otherwise provided in the other provisions of
this Part the rights and duties of the general partners shall b e the
same as those of partn ers in a partnership en nom collectif .
(2) Unless otherwise provided in the deed of partnership but
subject to the provisions of this Part, limited partners shall have
only the rights and duties provided by this Part.
