64. (1) Unless the deed of partnership otherwise provides, in the event of death of a limit ed partner, the partnership en commandite or limited partnership shall continue with his heirs. (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of article 32, interdiction o r incapacitation shall not be grounds for expulsion of a limited partner.
