93. (1) A copy of the prospectus signed in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act shall be deliv ered to the Registrar for registration within five days from the date o f its publication. (2) If default is made in complying with the provisions of this article, every officer of the co mpany who is in default shall b e liable to a penalty , and, for every day during which the default continue s, to a further penalty .
