Arbitration Act (Cap. 387), article 70B
70B. (1) An appeal under article 70A shall identify the point of
law to be determined and shall outline the interpretation which the
applicant alleges is the correct interpretation on the point of law
identified.
(2) Subject to the specific provisions of article 6 of Part B of
the Fourth Schedule, an appeal must be brought within fifteen d ays
of the receipt of the final award or, if there has been an arbi tral
process of appeal or review, of the date when the party was not ified
of the result of that process or the process was otherwise comp leted
or the time for it has elapsed.
(3) The provisions of article 70(3), (4), (5) and (6) shall appl y
to appeals made under article 70A.
