82. In the event of a final award which determines rights to immovable property, the Registrar shall, upon registration, tra nsmit a certified copy of the award to the Director of the Public Regis try and to the Land Registrar and the provisions of articles 239 and 27 0 of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure shall, mutatis mutandis , apply to such awards.
