24. Whole-time employees with r educed hours shall be paid not less pro rata than the wage applicable to a whole-time employee in similar employment, and they shall be also entitled to a share pro rata of - (a) the entitlement of public holidays with pay and annual vacation leave; (b) the benefits contemplated in article 10; (c) any entitlement of injury leave; (d) any entitlement to statutory bonus, to which whole-time employees in similar employment with the same employer are entit led in terms of the recognised condition s of employment appli cable to them. 20 CAP. 452.] EMPLOYMENT AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS Part-time employees.
