Employment and Industrial Relations Act (Cap. 452), article 47A
47A. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Criminal Code, the
Attorney General shall always have a right of appeal to the Court of
Crim in al A ppeal f ro m any jud gm ent giv en b y t he C ourt of
Magistrates in respect of criminal proceedings according to the
provisions of this Act.
