6. The Minister may, after consultation with the Board, prescribe the maximum weekly working hours, including overtime, for employees, minimum periods of daily rest, weekly rest and annual leave, and may make different provisions for different classes of employees including any incidental, supplemental or consequential provisions as may be deemed necessary. Conditions of employment to be brought to notice.
