85. All expenses required to put into operation the provisions of this Act, including the expenses of the Tribunal and of any council, court of inquiry or of any person appointed by or unde r this Act, shall be a charge on and be paid out of the Consolida ted Fund. Savings. Cap. 135. Cap. 266.
