25. A mediation party may, during mediation proceedings, be assisted by an advocate, legal procurator or any individual designated by him before or during the mediation: Provided that when recourse to mediation follows a decree from a superior court of civil or commercial jurisdiction, the mediation party may be assisted by an advocate.
