34. The Minister may from time to time make regulations providing for or allowing - (a) the making of mediation letters by means of electronic equipment; MEDIATION [CAP. 474. 11 (b) the transmission and service by means of electronic equipment; (c) the fees that may be charged in connection with the use of such electronic means, and for such other matters incid ental or consequential thereto.
