5A. Unless otherwise provided in the Insurance Business Act or in any regulations issued thereunder, the provisions of this Act shall not apply to a reinsurance special purpose vehicle establ ished and regulated by any regulations made under the Insurance 4 [CAP. 484. SECURITISATION Business Act in terms of article 64 of the said Act: Cap. 123. Cap. 372. Provided that nothing contained in this article shall affect an y of the provisions of the Income Tax Act and the Income Tax Management Act in relation to such securitisation vehicles. Securitisation vehicles not be considered as collective investment schemes. Cap. 370.
