Administrative Justice Act (Cap. 490), article 20

20. (1) The Administrative Review Tribunal shall have all such powers as are, by the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure , vested in the First Ha ll of the Civil Court. (2) The enforcement of the decisions of the Administrative Review Tribunal in the manner provided for in the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure , shall vest in the Administrative ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE [CAP. 490. 9 Review Tribunal itself. (3) The Administrative Review Tribunal may, through its Chairperson, summon any person to appear before it and give evidence and produce documents, and the Chairperson shall have the power to administer the oath. Minister to make regulations to implement provisions of this Part of this Act.
