23. (1) The Court of Appeal shall have the power, in its judgement, to confirm, revoke or alter the decision appealed against and to give su ch directions as it may deem appropriate.  Cap. 12. (2) The provisions regulating the Court of Appeal in the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure shall apply to the Court of Appeal when hearing appeals from decisions of the Administrativ e Appeals Tribunal. (3) Subject to the foregoing provisions and of any applicable law, the Court of Appeal shall regulate its own procedure. Added by: XVIII.2026.3.
