44. Without prejudice to his powers under the provisions of this Act, the Minister may direct that the Authority or any departme nt, entity, corporation or authority established by law to subject any plan, policy or strategy adopted or planned to be adopted by it to a Strategic Environment Assessment or any other assessment, and may by regulations prescribe and regulate the procedures and methods to be adopted in such assessments. 2.
