46. (1) When the National Strategy for the Environment or a review thereof has been complete d, the Minister shall publish t he strategy together with a statemen t of the representations recei ved and the responses made to those representations. (2) Representations on the strategy are to be submitted to it within a specified period of not less than six weeks. Final consideration and approval of strategy or review.
