85. In any proceeding or prosecuti on under this Act, a copy of any order, notice, decision or o ther document purporting to hav e been made under this Act and purporting to have been signed by the Chairperson of the Authority or any Director, shall be accepted as evidence of the order, notice, decision or other document, and of the facts appearing therei n, without further proof.
