Development Planning Act (Cap. 552), article 30
30. (1) For the purposes of the Criminal Code and of any
provision of a penal nature in any other law, the members of th e
Authority, namely the Executive Council, the Planning Board and
any committee, board, commission or other body or office
established by this Act, and every officer or employee thereof, shall
be deemed to be and be treated as a public officer.
(2) The members, officers and employees of the Authority in
the performance of their functions under this Act or under any other
law administered by the Authority, shall not be liable for any loss
or damage suffered by any person by reason of anything done or
omitted to be done in good faith in the course of the administration
of this Act or of any other law.
Consultations.31. The Executive Council, the Planning Board, the
Commission, any committee, or board may consult with any office r
of the Authority or any other person or entity whose advice is
considered relevant to any matter under its consideration.
