32. (1) Every member of the Executive Council, the Planning Board, the Commission and each Director shall submit a declaration of assets in accordance with the procedures established for this purpose by the Minister. (2) The Minister shall, in consultation with the Authority, issue, publish and review a code about the conduct expected of the members of the Authority, the Executive Chairperson, chairpersons, Directors and officers of the Authority in connection 18 [CAP. 552. DEVELOPMENT PLANNING with the performance of the Authority’s functions. (3) The provisions of the code of conduct shall be taken into account in deciding whether any such member or officer is unfit to perform the duties assigned to him under this Act or whether hi s term of office is to be renewed. (4) The names of all the members of the Executive Council, the Planning Board, the Commission and any committee, board, or other body established by this Act, and any other change in such membership shall be published in the Gazette.
