Development Planning Act (Cap. 552), article 40

40. Without prejudice to the provisions of this Act, development planning shall be regulated by plans, policies and regulations, which are prepared and amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Act. Preparation of a plan or policy by the Executive Council out of its own motion or following a request by the Minister.
