Development Planning Act (Cap. 552), article 74
74. (1) Decisions on applications shall be taken without delay.
(2) The Minister may make regulations to give better effect to
the provisions of this article and, without prejudice to the
generality of the foregoing, he may:
(a) establish the procedures to be used by the Planning
Board and the applicant in the processing and
determination of applications;
(b) establish the procedures to be used by an applicant
prior to the submission of an application;
(c) establish time limits within which submissions have to
be made and decisions have to be taken and
communicated.
