8. The Authority may, in accordance with the provisions of this Act and with the approval of the Minister, delegate any on e or more of its functions under this Act under such conditions as i t may deem appropriate. Notice of any such delegation shall be publis hed in the Gazette. Appointment of advisory boards and committees.
