14. Subject only to exceptions specified under this Act, no person shall offer, permit, entice, cause, invite or induce a m inor to participate in a game which must, in terms of this Act or any o ther regulatory instrument, solely be offered to persons who are not minors, whether by means of allowing entrance into gaming premises, selling a gaming ticket, employment or engagement in the provision of a gaming service, a dvertising or promotion of a ga ming service or by any othe r means whatsoever: Provided that a person shall not be deemed to be in contravention of this article due to advertising or promotion o f a gaming service if such advertising or promotion is carried out in accordance with applicable regulatory instruments: Provided further that casinos in gaming premises operating in virtue of a concessi on granted by the Minister in terms of article 11 shall not allow a citizen of Malta under the age of twenty- five years to make use of the casino’s gaming service during it s hours of operation. Prohibition of provision of credit.
