21. (1) Authorised persons, in particular authorised persons providing a gaming servic e, shall ensure that their ope ration is carried out with due regard to responsible gaming measures a s envisaged in the Player Protec tion Regulations, 2018 and any ot her regulatory instrument and a ny other applicable law. (2) The Authority shall, in ensuring that authorised persons act as required in terms of sub-article (1), liaise and collabo rate with other competent authorities, including but not limited to the M alta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority.
