27. In addition to any penalty under any other provision of this Act or regulations made thereunder, any machine or other d evice whatsoever and any moneys relating to or used in the commission of any offence listed in the Third Schedule, or which has served o r was intended to serve for the commission of any such offence, shall be seized and forfeited in favour of the Authority and shall be appropriated in favour of the Gaming Fund. Saving as to higher punishments established in any other law.
