19. A vehicle licensed in accordance with article 17 shall bear such plates showing an identification number and such distinctive letter as shall be allotted to it by the Authority. The said number and letter shall be of such pattern, colour and size as the Authority shall determine. Vehicle without plate to be deemed unlicensed. Added by: XXIII. 2000.30.
