44. No person using any vehicle for hire shall wilfully and contrary to the use for which the vehicle is intended, do anyth ing injuring such vehicle. No licensed vehi- cle to stand for hire unless provided with proper fittings, etc. Added by: XXIII. 2000.30. Amended by: XI. 2010.30.
