155. The punishment laid down in the last two preceding articles shall be increased by one degree, where the escape is effected by any of the means mentioned in article 152, or by conveying into the place of confinement or of punishment any instrument or weapon to facilitate the escape. Aiding and abetting on the part of person not charged with the custody, etc., of person escaping. Amended by: IX.1982.2.
