Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 158
158. Whosoever shall knowingly harbour or cause to be
harboured any person against whom there is a warrant of arrest for
any offence liable to imprisonm ent for a term exceeding three
months, or for whom the Executive Police is searching for the
purpose of arresting him for any such offence, or who has escap ed
from arrest for any such offence, shall, on conviction, be liab le to
imprisonment for a t erm from three days to three months.
