173. Whosoever shall counterfeit postage stamps, or shall knowingly make use of counterfeit ed postage stamps, shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonmen t for a term not exceeding two years, with or without solitary confinement. Possessing counterfeited postage stamps, dies, etc. Added by. XVI.1900.137. Amended by: XXVII.1975.16.
