Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 187C
187C. Proceedings under articles 187A and 187B may only be
instituted upon the complaint of the Commissioner for Tax and Customs
and upon conviction for any offence provided in article 187A, any
material advantage or benefit obtained by the accused through the
agreement shall be deemed to constitute proceeds of crime.
