Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 188C
188C. Whosoever without lawful authority imports, exports,
transports, purchases, receives, obtains, or has in his custody or
possession forged currency knowing the same to be forged shall be
liable, on conviction, to imprisonment for a term of not less t han
thirteen months and not exceeding five years.
