Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 203A
203A. Whosoever, by any means other than those mentioned in
article 203(1), instigates, encourages or facilitates the defilement of
a minor of either sex, shall, on conviction be liable to imprisonment
for a term from three to six years and the provisions of article 203(2)
and (3) shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to an offence under this
article:
Provided that the offence shall be punishable with
imprisonment for a term from four to eight years in any of the cases
referred to in the proviso to article 203(1):
Provided further that when the act is consensual between peers
who are close in age and in the level of development and provided that
the acts do not involve physical and, or psychological abuse, the
punishment shall be decreased by one or two degrees.
