Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 209
209. Whosoever, except in the cases referred to in the preceding
articles of this Sub-title or in any other provision of law, sh all
commit an offence against d ecency or morals, by any act
committed in a public place or in a place exposed to the public ,
shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not
exceeding three mont hs and to a fine ( multa ).
