Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 228
228. (1) In the case of wilful homicide excusable in terms of
paragraph ( a) or (b) of the last preceding ar ticle, the offender shall,
on conviction, be liable to impri sonment for a term not exceedi ng
two years.
(2) In the case of wilful homicide excusable in terms of
paragraph ( c) of the last preceding article, the offender shall, on
conviction, be liable to imprisonm ent for a term from five to t wenty
years.

(3) In the case of wilful homic ide excusable in terms of
paragraph ( d) of the last preceding article, the offender shall, on
conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding
twelve years.
