Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 240
240. Any person who, immediately after the delivery of a child,
shall, by secretly burying or otherwise disposing of the dead b ody
of the child, endeavour to conceal the birth thereof, shall, on
conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term from four mont hs
to one year.
