248DB. Whosoever shall practice or engage in child labour for any of the purposes mentioned in article 248A shall, on conviction, be liable to the punishment established under article 248D. For the purposes of this article child labour shall include the coercion of a person under age into forced or compulsory l abou r fo r any purpo se wh atsoev er incl ud ing th e forced or compulsory recruitment of minors to take part in armed conflict.
