Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 251HA
251HA. The punishment prescribed for any of the crimes referred to
in the preceding articles of this Sub-title shall be increased by one to
two degrees in case of one or more of the circumstances referre d to in
article 202, where and as appl icable, provided that where an
aggravation of punishment in res pect of the circumstances menti oned
in this article is already provi ded for under this Code or any other law,
the higher punishment may be applied.
