Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 277
277. When the theft aggravated by "violence" in terms of article
274, 275 or 276, is accompanied with any of the other aggravati ng
circumstances specified in article 261, the offender shall, on
conviction, be liable -
(a) where the theft is accompanied with one or more of
such other aggravating circumstances, with the
exception of that of "means", to the punishment
established in article 274, 275, 276 or 276A, which
shall not be awarde d in its minimum;
(b) where the theft is accomp anied with the aggravating
circumstance of "means", whether with or without
other aggravating circumstances, to the punishment

by one or two degrees.
