Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 323
323. If, in consequence of any of th e offences referred to in the
last preceding article, any damag e is caused to a ship or a bod ily
harm to a person, the punishment laid down in that article shal l be
awarded together with the punishment laid down in this Code for
wilful damage or for wilful bod ily harm, according to the exten t of
the damage or the nature of the bodily harm; and if at the same time
both damage to a ship and a bodily harm to a person are caused, the

higher punishment between that laid down for the damage and tha t
laid down for the bodily harm shall be applied, in addition to the
punishment laid down in the last preceding article.
