328D. Whosoever incites, aids or abets any offence under this Sub-title shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to the punishment laid down for the offence incited, aided or abetted. Terrorist property. Added by: VI.2005.2. Amended by: III.2015.27; XLII.2018.7.
