Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 328I
328I. (1) Whosoever enters into or becomes concerned in an
arrangement which facilitates the retention or control by or on
behalf of another person of terrorist property -
(a) by concealment,
(b) by removal from the jurisdiction,
(c) by transfer to nominees, or
(d) in any other way,
shall, on conviction, be liable to the punishment laid down in
article 328F(1).
(2) It is a defence for a person charged with an offence under
sub-article (1) to prove that he did not know and had no reason able
cause to suspect that th e arrangement relate d to terrorist prop erty.
